Co-principal investigators Dr. Manish Shah of the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and Dr. Ula Hwang of the Yale Department of Emergency Medicine received an NIH award to support Geriatric Emergency Care Applied Research Network 2.0 – Advancing Dementia Care (GEAR 2.0-ADC). GEAR 2.0 will identify and address gaps in emergency care for people living with dementia. Dr. Gilmore-Bykovskyi will serve as a co-investigator on the project.
